Toxins Stored In Your Fat Cells Are Making You Fat And Swollen. Here’s How To Cleanse Them

Unluckily for all of us, we live in toxic environments and we are constantly exposed to foods laden with chemicals. Thus, this makes toxicity nearly impossible to avoid, meaning that our digestive system and liver can become overwhelmed so easily. Our bodies were created to continuously eliminate toxins from the body in a natural way.

Toxins can belong to two groups: water-soluble toxins or fat-soluble toxins. The ones that are water-soluble are easier to be discharged from the body via the kidneys and the blood system.

On the other hand, the toxins that are fat-soluble are more difficult to be eliminated. Still, the human body is made to remove toxins naturally. In this group of toxins are included the food additives, the pesticides, the preservatives, the pollutants, the heavy metals, the plastic and other chemicals from the environment. Before being eliminated, they need to become water-soluble.

The major organ for this process is the liver. However, if the digestive and detox pathways function optimally, the situation worsens. It is because these poisons manage to find their way to the blood, the fat cells and the brain and can remain there for years.

If the digestion is balanced, as well as the stress levels and the detox pathways, we can prevent these toxins store in our body.

When a meal is being digested, the nutritional and the toxic fats are transmitted into the small intestine and emulsified by the bile. An enormous number of villi and lacteals in the small intestine is present, which are mucus membranes.

These serve for gut-sweeping and for absorption of nutritional fats, as well as for sending the toxic fats to the liver for processing. It the detox pathways are harmed, the body will start storing these fats.

Furthermore, the beginning of the lymphatic system itself is called the Gut Associated Lymphatic Tissue, or the GALT, and it surrounds the whole intestinal tract. Here, the lacteals do the absorption of the nutritional and the toxic fats.

It is crucial that the ¼ inch on the inside of the gut wall has the villi and the lacteals and that they work well. It is also crucial that the ¼ inch on the outside of the gut is not congested.

Then, the lymphatic system near the gut will return the absorbed fats in the liver, which will use the good fats for making cholesterol, hormones, cell membranes, skin and brain cells. After being processed by the liver, they are marked for removal. If the lymphatic system is congested, this process cannot be performed properly.

The following are the symptoms of a congested GALT affecting the lymphatic system:

  • Hypersensitivities
  • Joint stiffness
  • Occasional headaches
  • Bloating
  • Breast swelling and tenderness during the menstrual cycle
  • skin irritations or itching
  • Swollen hands and feet
  • Elimination concerns
  • Holding extra weight around your belly

The villi in the intestines are the grass-like mucus membranes and they can be damaged by many factors, like stress, diet, and this disturbs the function of the bowels.

If you deal with excessive stress, the villi can dry out and cause constipation from time to time. Also, constipation can dry them out and force them produce reactive mucus.

In case of excess mucus, the stools can look normal, but you can still be bloated, have extra belly fat and be unhealthy.

If the mucus is too excessive, the stools can become too frequent, looser and resembling diarrhea. Still, you should know that you should address the problem right away, as it indicates that the villi are congested in the excess mucus.

Now, the breaking down of toxins is prevented by the delivery of good fats, excretion of toxic fats, the health of the intestinal skin and the regular immune response. The immune boosting white blood cells normally do the toxin neutralization in more than 500 lymph nodes.

Yet, in case of excess mucus, this can be prevented and toxins will be returned to the liver.

To prevent this, you need to achieve a delicate balance of the mucus membranes of the intestinal tract, meaning that they should be neither too wet nor too dry. Stress, worry, soft drinks, coffee, processed food, food additives and hyperacidity can also compromise the villi.

The bile should also flow optimally from the liver, since it gobbles up fats and is a great immune system responder.

It gobbles up parasites, pesticides, heavy metals, bad bacteria and other threats. If you take in a lot of fiber, the heavily loaded bile will be taken to the toilet.

And if not, nearly 94% of the bile will be reabsorbed back to the liver, making it overwhelmed.

If the liver becomes congested, the bile is going to become thick and sludgy, unable to properly break down toxins and to buffer the stomach acids going into the small intestine.

The acid will then irritate the villi and cause more congestive mucus, blocking thus the flow of pancreatic enzymes into the small intestine. This compromises the digestive system in general.

Congestion of the liver

If the biliary tubes in the liver become congested, the liver is going to start pushing the toxins in the blood stream and they will reach the fat cells in which they can be stored for many years. This can cause degeneration and oxidation (free radical damage).

These toxins aim for the whole body, including the brain. Very often the toxins become neurotoxins and accumulate in the fatty tissues in the brain, which leads to cognitive problems and health imbalances.

Eliminate fat to discard toxins

Ayurveda concentrates on convincing the body to burn fat, not lose weight. Fat metabolism eliminates toxins. Releasing stress from the nervous system leads to natural fat burning by the body.

Thus, you can burn fat in numerous ways, but you need to make changes in your lifestyle. Just know that the integrity of the lymph, the bile flow and the digestive system is crucial.

Inability to absorb good fats and food allergies

Sometimes, you cannot break down and absorb good fats because of congestion, not due to dairy, what and soy allergy, as doctors often diagnose people.

The gluten can irritate the mucus only if there is already too much mucus in the gut.

Yes, you can avoid these foods for some time, but you cannot and should not eliminate wheat and dairy products forever.

Conclusion

If your stool is not normal, see mucus in it. It may indicate that your detox and assimilation pathways are compromised and you will need to avoid some foods and change your diet.

Moreover, if you do no feel well after eating meal high in fat, it means that your bile flow is compromised and you store toxic fats.

Hence, you will need to make some dietary changes to help your body system.
