How To Prevent Breast Cancer Through An Armpit Detox

Male individuals have a 50% chance of developing cancer in their lifetime, while female individuals have about a 33% chance.  Unfortunately, instead of dropping, these rates are expected to continue climbing.

A contributing factor to these high rates is the fact that instead of finding the cause, we are more focused on finding the cure.  It is high time to start discussing the reasons why cancer rates continue to climb exponentially and what changes can be made to fight off the disease.

We are constantly exposed to chemical carcinogens, biological carcinogens, and physical carcinogens, all of which are the cause for cancer. These carcinogens are found in the form of cosmetics, food, health care products, and many more, and they have become normal to us.

It is really important to re-consider the environment we choose to surround ourselves with in order to find what makes this disease excessive, uncontrollable, and fatal in most cases.

One great example of these carcinogens is the cosmetics and other products we tend to put on our skin, such as deodorant. There is a very interesting study published in the Journal of Inorganic Biochemistry in 2007 which tested breast samples from 17 breast-cancer patients who had undergone mastectomies.

It found that women who used antiperspirants had accumulation of aluminum in their outer breast tissue. According to the study, the concentrations of aluminum were significantly higher in the tissue closest to the underarm in comparison to the central breast.

This finding is quite disturbing, as the higher incidence of tumors in the upper outer quadrant of the breast seems to support the contention that aluminum-containing antiperspirant are contributing to breast cancer, despite the fact that the detection of a mechanism of antiperspirant-induced breast cancer remains difficult to achieve.

In other words, aluminum is a neurotoxin which has been experimentally demonstrated to be linked to all types of diseases, including Alzheimer`s disease. Moreover, there are many studies which have investigated aluminum`s potential to induce toxic effects and have established the following in medical literature:

It’s great stuff to build airplanes out of, it’s great stuff to build cars out of, it’s great stuff to make various things in your household out of. It’s not great to have in your body. … Aluminum was not bio-available traditionally in the world’s biota until the industrial revolution, and so, it just had no place in any biochemical reaction that was normal.

And where it does occur, now, because we are increasingly surrounded by it … [is] in our food, it shows up in our water, it shows up in our air, it shows up in our medicines … so we increasingly have this compound that is not part of any normal biochemical process, on Earth, for anything, that now can only go in and do havoc, which is exactly what it does. It causes all kinds of unusual biochemical reactions in the body, including the brain.

Dr. Chris Shaw, Neuroscientist and Professor at the University of British Columbia.

There is yet another study issued in the Journal of Inorganic Biochemistry in 2013, which found elevated levels of aluminum in non-invasively collected nipple aspirate fluids from 19 breast cancer patients. These individuals were compared to 16 healthy control subjects:

In addition to emerging evidence, our results support the possible involvement of aluminum ions in oxidative and inflammatory status perturbations of breast cancer microenvironment, suggesting aluminum accumulation in breast microenvironment as a possible risk factor for oxidative/inflammatory phenotype breast cells.

This study also discovered that aluminum content and carbonyl levels showed a notable positive linear correlation. Moreover, the plasma levels of protein carbonyls can increase the risk of breast cancer, as confirmed by the studies.

It important to mention that aluminum salts which are commonly used as antiperspirants are have been associated with breast cancer incidence in Western societies. Another study which was conducted earlier showed that aluminum is not a physiological component of the breast, but it has been still measured in human breast tissue and the breast cyst fluids at the levels above those found in milk or blood serum.

When it comes to health care products and cosmetics which are widely used nowadays, we are talking about numerous ingredients used that have no regulation of any kind from health authorities.

If these chemicals, most of which have been outlined as toxic and toxic, are considered safe by corporations which produce them, it is certainly enough to get them approved.  They can be put on the shelves if a company vouches for itself. Sadly, few people know about the modern day cosmetic industry.

The products we put on our skin enter the bloodstream very fast. For instance, the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Manitoba, Canada, conducted a study to quantify how many sunscreen agents penetrate the skin after it is applied. According to the results, there is a notable penetration of all sunscreen agents into the skin.

The government`s national cancer institute has confirmed that all of the information published by scientists that link certain ingredients in underarm antiperspirants or deodorants to breast cancer are true.

However, they still claim that their own researches don’t show any evidence linking these products to breast cancer, which is quite alarming. Still, these products contain TEA, DEA, DC&C colors, parabens, and propylene glycol, all of which are linked to an elevated risk of breast cancer. It’s no mystery why scientists are now discovering links to breast cancer.

In addition, many antiperspirants also contain triclosan, which has been found to support cancer cell growth in the study published in the journal Chemical Research in Toxicology and which has made headlines across alternative media. We can conclude that it is not only aluminum that we should be concerned about.

Triclosan can also pass through the skin and interfere with hormone function (endocrine disruption). Sadly, this doesn’t stop here because there is yet another study issued in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives from 2008 shows how scientists detected triclosan in the urine of nearly 75 % of those tested (2,517 people age six or older).

The Colgate Total toothpaste contains triclosan, and they were recently exposed for their use of the chemical, along with the FDA for hiding old documents which show that it is carcinogenic.

How To Prevent Breast Cancer Through An Armpit Detox

  1. Mineral Water

There is a video in which Dr. Exley mentions two types of mineral water which can be helpful when it comes to aluminum detox. He mentions Spritzer, which is harder do get, and Volvic, which is sold at various Whole Foods and Trader Joe stores and it is easy to find. Doctor`s main point was high silica content mineral water.

  1. Sweating

It is already well-known fact that sweating is highly beneficial. For instance, it is one of the best ways to expel toxins from the body in an all natural way. Consequently, this supports proper immune function and it helps in the prevention of diseases which can be linked to toxic overload.

  1. Alternative Solutions

You should do some research on this subject. Look for antiperspirants that are free of aluminum and other detrimental chemicals. Moreover, you can also search for DIY deodorant recipes which are available on the web and make your own.

Baking soda and coconut oil are the most common ingredients in these homemade deodorants.  There are numerous options, and it has been proven that these homemade products work better than the chemically ridden products.

  1. Holistic Solutions/ Alternatives

The following recipe is an excellent way to detox your armpit area:

  • Mix 1 tbsp. of organic apple cider vinegar, 5 drops of cilantro essential pools, 1 tbsp. of bentonite clay, and 3 drops of rosemary essential oil.
  • Mix ACV and the bentonite clay in a glass bowl and then add the essential oils. You should make a smooth, homogenous mixture.
  • Apply a thin layer of the mixture on your armpit and let it work for couple of minutes.
  • Then, rinse well and repeat the procedure on daily basis until the odor goes away. Another good idea is to drink lot of water, as the water is crucial when it comes to body`s ability to flush out all the toxins.

The best way to prevent toxic overload is to be very careful and pay attention to the products you buy and the ingredients they contain.
