Homemade Natural Remedy for Improved Blood Circulation

You will need:

  •          50 g marigold flowers (Calendula officinalis)
  •         100 g St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum)
  •         100 g Teucrium montanum
  •          100 g nettle (Urtica dioica)
  •          1l alcohol (50%) or vodka

Finely chop the herbs, and put them in a Mason jar or a glass bottle. You can use dried or fresh herbs, depending on what you can find. Add the alcohol, and make sure that the herbal mixture is fully covered.

Let it rest for 21 days, and shake it once in a while. Strain and keep the remedy in a glass bottle.

Take 1-2 tablespoons twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. You should feel some improvement within 1-2 weeks. If your problem is more serious, you can drink it as long as you want.
