For this procedure you will need: organic raw apple cider vinegar, cotton balls and sterile needle (you can sterilize the needle with a match or lighter or clean it with rubbing alcohol) .

I decided to try get rid of a mole with apple cider vinegar. I knew that the ACV will have an effect only if it penetrates into the mole. So in order to enable this I gently poked the mole with a sterile needle, since there is no nerves in the mole the process was totally painless. Then I applied a piece of cotton to the mole that was previously soaked in ACV. I removed the cotton after 20 minutes and this is what the mole looked like:

The next day I repeated the procedure again, but I applied the ACV for 20-30 minutes. There was only local reddening after I removed the piece of cotton but no irritation at all.On this photo you can see the mole after the second application.

The third evening I repeated the procedure, gently picking the mole that was looking more like a scab. This time it hurt a little because the mole was reduced and I pricked the skin below. I leaved the cotton soaked with ACV for 20-30 minutes and this is what it happened than:

On the fourth day i.e after repeating the procedure three times the mole looked totally like a scab. It was difficult for me not to touch the place during the day since the mole was hanging there and was a little itchy. But luckily the fifth day the mole fell off and on its place was only a pink skin as you can see on the following picture.

During the following week I applied some calendula/plantain which helped for healing the place that much that there wasn`t a sign that on that place the mole ever existed:

Now after two weeks have past, I can definitely say that the treatment of the mole was successful. It disappeared totally with no pain or discomfort felt, the only inconvenience being the temporary reddening of the skin:

After my experiment has been proven as successful I am inclined to suggest this treatment to other people who have moles and want to get rid of them. If you decide to remove the mole, please first make sure what kind of mole it is. This treatment with ACV is good only for benign moles and nevi, but not for dysplastic nevi that might be cancerous. Although some sites claim that ACV has some benefits for cancer it hasn`t been proven.
