Easy Way to Lose Weight Without Exercise

This drink will not only burn hundreds of calories, but it will also increase your metabolism which will help you lose weight.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1cup/ 8oz/ 237 ml water
Preparation:
  1. Boil the water,
  2. Pour the boiling water on the cinnamon. Cover it and let it steep until it is warm enough to drink,
  3. Add the honey to the lukewarm water. Never add honey to a hot water because the heat will destroy nutrients of the raw honey,
  4. Drink half of this drink before going to bed. Cover the other half and put it in the refrigerator. Drink the other half in the morning.

Do not re­heat the drink in the morning. Don’t add any flavours.

This recipe only works if you drink it on an empty stomach.
