Aluminum in Deodorants Can Cause Breast Cancer. Use Lime to Eliminate Body Odor

Sweating is a natural process and a way for the body to protect itself from overheating, during an intensive physical work or in a hot and humid weather. The excess thermal energy is evaporated through the sweat particles which cools the body. The human body has a large number of sweat glands, the most active ones being in the armpits, and most people are annoyed with armpit sweat which is frequently emitted. This sweat is enriched with proteins and fatty acids which leave their residue on clothes.

Aluminum in Deodorants Can Cause Breast Cancer. Use Lime to Eliminate Body Odor

Sweating is a very important function of our bodies, and sweat contains chemicals that fight diseases. Also, a recent study found that the chemicals found in sweat contain natural antibiotics that can kill dangerous germs. Hyperhidrosis is a condition when a person experiences excessive sweating. We find the smell of the sweat annoying and inconvenient and use deodorants and antiperspirants to get rid of it. But, getting rid of this important function of the body is not wise. However, there is a method in folk medicine that has been proven to work in getting rid of the smell that comes with sweaty armpits.

The results of this method are fantastic and it involves using a lime. Choose a lime that is not very ripe and cut it in half. Then, wipe each of the halves on each armpit. The lime might brighten the skin under the arms a little, but the color of the skin will be restored after a while.

Due to its acidity, lime has the ability to combat armpit sweat. Namely, the acid in the lime juice reduces sweat production and works as a natural deodorant. Furthermore, limes have strong antibacterial properties (what we smell is actually the bacteria).

Don’t forget that the armpits are supposed to perspire because they get rid of toxins in our bodies. However, to get rid of the body odor just use limes.
