1). Keratosis Pilaris

Known as “chicken skin” and can be found on the back side of the arms and tights. It appears as a result of fatty acid deficiency caused by the damaged gut.

2). Dizziness

If you feel dizziness it might be a sign of gluten intolerance.

3). Routine digestive issues

This is the most obvious sign of gluten intolerance and it often appears first. If you have diarrhea, bloating and gas without a reason you can be almost sure that they came as result of this. Constipation is a common sign of gluten intolerance in children.
