Wash the parsley, peel the lemon and put them in a juicer. Squeeze the juice and add it in 2-3 dl water. If you don’t have a juicer, squeeze the lemon and mix it with very finely chopped parsley and add it water.

Dosage:

Some people don’t like the taste, and if you are one of them just add some stevia, honey or maple syrup. Drink it every morning on an empty stomach for five days only. Then make a ten day break. It is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
